Poor health, poor me
Horrible day. Am waitg fr my bus nw. Sighs. I really regret not taking good care of myself since secondary school. Late night fr years + irregular meals alr ruined my health. I cn feel my health deteriorating as years go by. I tried t eat Vits bt it doesn’t last. Once I thought I’m ok, I stop eatg fruits and Vits. Sighs.
